THE MOULD RECOVERY PROGRAM
A structured, clinician-led approach for complex and sensitive mould cases
Most mould protocols fail not because people don’t try hard enough but because they are given the wrong sequence, too much too soon, or a one-size-fits-all detox approach.
The Mould Recovery Program is a high-touch, intensive clinical package designed for individuals who are stuck, reactive, or have tried other mould protocols without lasting improvement. This program follows a clear and evidence-informed framework:
Stabilise → Clear → Repair
Because the body must be supported before it can detox - not forced into it.
WHAT THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES
(AND WHY)
01 - Initial Comprehensive Consultation
70–75 minutes
This session focuses on understanding the full picture, not just test results.
-
health and symptom history
mould exposure timeline (past and present)
nervous system and stress load
mast cell and histamine patterns
gut function, bile flow, and elimination
supplement sensitivity and prior reactions
-
Many mould protocols fail because detox is initiated in bodies that are already overwhelmed. This consult ensures your system has the capacity to begin recovery safely.
You will leave with:
a personalised Stabilise → Clear → Repair roadmap
an initial treatment plan
clear expectations around pacing and sequencing
As part of the initial Stabilise phase, this program includes a referral recommendation for your GP for comprehensive blood testing where clinically appropriate.
These investigations may include markers related to:
liver and detoxification capacity
inflammation and immune activation
nutrient status
iron and mineral balance
thyroid and metabolic function
Why this matters:
Mould-related illness often overlaps with nutrient deficiencies, inflammatory changes, and metabolic stress that cannot be fully assessed through functional testing alone. Addressing these foundational factors early improves safety, tolerance, and outcomes throughout the program.
You will be provided with clear guidance on what to request from your GP and how these results inform your personalised treatment plan. Supplements & Additional Testing Please note:
Functional testing (mycotoxin panel or Organic Acids Test) is included as outlined in the package
Additional testing, if recommended, is discussed transparently and is not included in the program fee
Supplements are not included and are selected conservatively based on individual tolerance and clinical need

02 - Functional Testing (Choice of One)
Mycotoxin Test or
Organic Acids Test (OAT)
Testing is selected based on your presentation, sensitivity level, and clinical priorities.
-
Not all moulds behave the same, and not all bodies tolerate the same approach. Generic protocols often ignore toxin type, metabolic impact, or mitochondrial involvement.
03 - Test Review & Treatment Refinement
60 minutes
Your results are reviewed in detail and translated into a clear, practical plan.
-
Specific mycotoxin patterns or metabolic markers
Immune and inflammatory signalling
Mitochondrial stress
Detox pathway capacity
Nervous system implications Your treatment plan is refined accordingly including binder strategy, antifungal timing (if appropriate), and ongoing stabilisation.
-
Binders alone do not stop ongoing toxin exposure.
Antifungals used too early can worsen symptoms.
This session ensures the right tool is used at the right time.
04 - Ongoing Follow-Up Consultations
-
Each follow-up moves you deliberately through the next phase of the program.
These sessions include:
• updated treatment plans
• careful progression through Clear and Repair phases
• troubleshooting reactions early
• adjusting protocols based on real-time response
-
Most mould support fails due to lack of follow-up, over-supplementation, or rigid protocols that don’t adapt to the individual.
Weekly Email Check-Ins
(High-Touch Support)
Because mould recovery is not linear, this program includes weekly email support throughout the duration of care.
You can:
Ask questions between consults
Clarify dosing or timing
Flag reactions early
Receive guidance without waiting weeks for the next appointment
-
Mould illness often involves fluctuating symptoms, anxiety, and sensitivity. Weekly support prevents setbacks from escalating and keeps recovery on track.
Education, Tools & Resources
Throughout the program, you receive:
Clear, stage-specific treatment plans
Educational handouts explaining the why, not just the what
Dietary guidance that supports recovery without extreme restriction • lifestyle and nervous system regulation strategies
Targeted supplement protocols are introduced gradually
Practical detox and drainage support tools
Environmental guidance, including remediation considerations and trusted contacts where appropriate
-
Recovery is not just supplements - it’s understanding how to support your body long-term so symptoms don’t rebound once protocols stop.
What this program does differently
Unlike many mould protocols, this program:
does not rush detox
does not ignore mast cells, histamine, or nervous system load
does not rely on binders alone
does not use aggressive antifungals prematurely
does not apply a one-size-fits-all approach Instead, it prioritises:
safety
sequencing
individual tolerance
sustainable recovery
Suitability
This program is best suited for:
Complex or long-standing mould cases
Individuals with high reactivity or supplement sensitivity
Those who have tried other mould protocols without success
Adults or families seeking a structured, supported approach
Places are limited, and enrolment is via application to ensure the program is an appropriate fit.
Take the next step carefully!
If you’re looking for a structured, clinician-led approach that prioritises stabilisation, safety, and long-term recovery, this program may be a good fit.
All enrolments are application-based to ensure suitability.
