This session is designed to uncover the root causes of your symptoms and develop a personalised plan tailored to your unique needs.

Duration: 75 minutes
Includes: Detailed health history (24 hour diet recall and dietary habits, review of systems,family history, medication and supplement review), review and interpretation of any current blood test of functional labs, initial personalised treatment plan (sent via email with diet, lifestyle supplement recommendations or personalised nutritional compound, supportive handouts and any suggestions/links to additional testing required).

Follow-Up Consultations $125

Ongoing Support and Adjustments

Follow-up consultations are essential for monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to your personalised health plan.

These sessions ensure that you are on track to achieving your health goals.

Duration: 30 - 40 minutes
Includes: Progress review, plan adjustments,
review and interpretations of blood test / functional testing and updated treatment plan.

Acute Consultations $70

Targeted Health Advice

Acute consultations are for specific health concerns that require immediate attention.

Whether you’re experiencing a cold/flu, UTI, ear infections, immune support or need advice on a particular symptom, I’m here to help.

Duration: 35 minutes
Includes: Targeted advice, supplement and diet recommendations.
